REFUND AND EXCHANGE

Exchange of the items is accepted within 7 days from purchase with the item and packaging in original condition.

In case of a return, our Non-Refund Policy allows for a credit note to be offered which expires in 12 months. We are unable to process returns and exchanges online, if you wish to return or exchange your order, you must bring the item to our Showroom at D3.

All pre-orders items, orders of items not in stock and custom-made orders are final sale and NOT eligible for return or exchange.

We offer free shipping for orders within the UAE. Estimated delivery time will be depending on the delivery address.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We offer Standard Delivery (cost)
We will deliver your order within 5-7 business days, excluding customs processing times. During high season, delivery might take a little longer. Please note that ARQA JEWELLERY is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at Customs.

 

IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

Please note the prices on ARQA JEWELLERY.COM do not include local sales taxes or VAT. If the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit in your market, extra fees might be applied for import taxes and customs duties upon delivery. ARQA JEWELRY does not compensate for these charges. You can check with your local Customs Office for more information.

 

WARRANTY AND REPAIR  

If you experience a problem with your jewelry, we offer a free repair for an unlimited time from the day of purchase, please bring the item to our showroom and we will arrange a repair as quickly as possible.

PRICING POLICY

In the Website, you are given an opportunity to select your preferred currency. You may choose between United Arab Emirates Dirham, Saudi Riyal, Bahraini Dinar, Omani Riyal, Kuwait Dinar, Qatari Riyal, Euro, British Pound Sterling and United States Dollar. The currency will be based on your device settings and I.P. address.

All currency priced items will be honored as advertised unless it is obviously incorrect.

Please note that depending on your country, customs fees, duties and taxes may apply. All these potential surcharges are the responsibility of the customer. Should any such surcharges be applied, then the shipping provider will contact you for clearing them before releasing your order. Failure to pay these fees will cause the parcel to be returned to us at the customer’s cost.

The rates are subject to variation and may go up or down; therefore prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are markdown at any time during the selling period.

Prices may change at any time due to markdowns or price changes advised from suppliers and vendors. These price changes can reflect at any time throughout the day and may result in the price of a Product increasing or decreasing. These markdowns can be permanent or temporary, and any changes in prices are at the discretion of ARQA JEWELLERY and are in line with pricing guidelines from suppliers and vendors.

ARQAJEWELLERY.COM retains legal ownership of the Product(s) until full payment has been made and such payment has been received. Legal ownership of the Product(s) will immediately revert to ARQAJEWELLERY.COM, if payment is refunded to you. Risk on the Product(s) will pass to you upon delivery.
